Statement:
TOMATO PIE is a month long pop-up free school, adventure club, and living room exhibit featuring photographs and assemblages by Sarah LaPonte and skillshares led by local artists.
Artist Bio:
Sarah LaPonte is a multi-disciplinary artist currently based in Braddock, PA. She holds a BFA from Pacific Northwest College of Art and is involved in many collaborative publishing projects. She is also the founder and editor of Half-Stop: an extra-small press focused on alternative storytelling and analog methods of production.

SAT SEPT 5: 40 LAMPS (BYO 40 oz. and learn how to make it into a sweet lamp)
FRI SEPT 11, 5:30-7 PM: ALTERNATIVE PHOTO WORKSHOP+ZINE DREAMS (cyanotypes, citra-solvs, hot glue transfers, zine party)
SAT SEPT 12, 12-4 PM: NATURAL DYING with Ceci and Abbi
FRI SEPT 18, 6-8 PM: TAROT+TINCTURES with local experts
SAT SEPT 19, 2-6 PM: BREAD+SUPPER CLUB: Learn how to bake bread with Shauna Kearns, coordinator of the Braddock Community Oven.
