For our next residency season, we are offering a collaborative residency opportunity for two artists to share our two bedroom/two studio live/work/exhibition space. While our previous residencies have been exhibition-focused, this residency is more open-ended, and can build toward a duo show, two separate solo shows, a live performance, digital exhibition, written work, print edition, or goalpost for professional development. The residency runs from June 1st, 2021 through Oct 31st, 2021 You will have the option for an opening reception during the first Friday Unblurred art crawl You will have the option for a public event in the form of a talk, tour, workshop, or discussion. This will likely take place in a digital format, perhaps in-person if it's safe dynamic artist-lead team for support private studio and bedroom for each artist
Facilities We are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of 5106 Penn Ave in Pittsburgh, PA. The first floor is an all-ages music venue. The second floor has 2 studios, a shared kitchen and bathroom, and two gallery rooms, and the third floor has two bedrooms. Application Process

Candidates with a strong desire to use the time productively to advance their art Well-articulated artist statement and description of art practice & values We want to know why this style of live/work program would be beneficial to you. Proof that you can do what you propose - past work leading up to this exhibition.
